Friday March 25, 2022, the Feast of the Annunciation, His Holiness, Pope Francis in unity with all the Bishops of the world will Consecrate humanity and especially Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. The Our Lady, Patroness of America Center will join in solidarity and prayer with this historic act. The Center will open at 10:00 AM. On Sunday, September 25, 2022, join us for the First Annual Walking Pilgrimage to the Our Lady, Patroness of America Center in Rome City from Kendallville, Indiana along the new Fishingline Trail. On Friday December 16, 2023 @ 7:00PM the Oratory of the Holy Family will host a free musical event of Scripture and Song. The Festival of Lessons and Carols is a service of Scripture and song that dates to the late 19th century. In this service, we listen to nine Scripture lessons which recount the Fall, the promise of a Messiah, the Incarnation, and the Great Commission to preach the Good News. Come and honor Our Lady and celebrate the anniversary marking the date on which the devotion to Our Lady of America was started. The walk will be similar to last year along the Fishing Line Trail from Kendallville to Rome City and the Oratory of the Holy Family. Details to follow, but mark the date.
