  • Mass & Mini-Retreat – Importance of the Three Hearts of the Holy Family in Leading the World to Peace with Fr. Jeff Pomeisl

Mass & Mini-Retreat – Importance of the Three Hearts of the Holy Family in Leading the World to Peace with Fr. Jeff Pomeisl

We are pleased to welcome Father Jeff Pomeisl back to the Patroness of America Center.

As the profound message of Our Lady of America becomes better understood, the role of the Three Hearts of the Holy Family is shown to be the source of World Peace.  Fr. Jeff will unfold how the Our Lady of America devotion brings us hope through this sublime message.

On Saturday afternoon, he will give a presentation on the importance of Saint Joseph in the Holy Family (and in our families) within the Our Lady of America devotion.

Father Jeff has served the Archdiocese of New York since his ordination in 1996, most recently at Saint Charles parish in Staten Island. He served as chaplain of Monsignor Farrell High School, an all-boys high school in Staten Island, until May of 2025. In June, he began serving in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on a temporary assignment. Throughout his priesthood, he has developed a rich spirituality of the Holy Family (which you will be hearing more about in both his homilies and presentations this weekend). He has been a long-time friend of the center and has been a great help in spreading the devotion to Our Lady of America. Like and subscribe to Father Jeff’s podcast, Pomcast – YouTube, to hear more great content on the faith.

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered at 6 pm on the first Friday of July in the Oratory of the Holy Family in reparation for offenses against the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The Patriotic Rosary will be prayed at 5:30 pm before Mass begins. Father Jeff Pomeisl will offer Mass. After Mass, a free supper will be served. Following supper, Father Jeff will be giving a presentation on the importance of the Hearts of the Holy Family in the Our Lady of America devotion.

  • First Saturday Mass and Presentation by Father Glenn Sudano, CFR

First Saturday Mass and Presentation by Father Glenn Sudano, CFR

A Solemnity and a CFR; it doesn’t get any more fun than that!

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered at 11 am on the first Saturday of November in the Oratory of the Holy Family in reparation for offenses against the Immaculate Heart of Mary. This Mass will celebrate the Solemnity of All Saints. The Holy Rosary will be prayed at 10:30 am before Mass begins in the side chapel in front of the statue of Our Lady the Immaculate Virgin, Patroness of America. The Mass will be celebrated by Father Glenn Sudano, CFR. Following Mass, there will be a free lunch. Beginning at 12:30, Father Glenn will be giving a presentation.

Father Glenn is one of the eight founding members of the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal. He has served as a vocations director, novice master, and community servant. He also serves the community and others through spiritual direction, pastoral counseling, deliverance ministry, preaching, retreat leading, pilgrimage chaplaincy, and evangelization. He has appeared on EWTN, Relevant Radio, MaryTV of Medjugorje, and at Marian Conferences. He recently became a published author with his book, We Live in a Castle. Father Glenn currently serves as chaplain at Holy Family Farm in Monticello, New York.

It is worth noting that Fr. Andrew Apostoli, CFR, of happy memory and Fr. Benedict Groeschel, CFR, of happy memory, both founding brothers with Fr. Glenn Sudano of the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, have played significant roles in devotion to Our Lady of America.   Fr. Andrew was a very vocal proponent of Our Lady’s message to America, spreading her message of hope, and Fr. Benedict was quoted by the Bishops in their 2020 Decree establishing the devotion to Our Lady, the Immaculate Virgin, Patroness of America.
