As the profound message of Our Lady of America becomes better understood, the role of St. Joseph rises to prominence. Fr. Jeff will reveal this role and how it applies to our families today.
We are pleased to welcome Father Jeff Pomeisl back to the Patroness of America Center. Father Jeff has served the Archdiocese of New York since his ordination in 1996, most recently at Saint Charles parish in Staten Island. He served as chaplain of Monsignor Farrell High School, an all-boys high school in Staten Island, until May of 2025. In June, he began serving in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on temporary assignment. Throughout his priesthood, he has developed a rich spirituality of the Holy Family (which you will be hearing more about in both his homilies and presentations this weekend). He has been a long-time friend of the center and has been a great help in spreading the devotion to Our Lady of America. Like and subscribe to Father Jeff’s podcast, Pomcast – YouTube, to hear more great content on the faith.
The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered at 11 am on the first Saturday of July in the Oratory of the Holy Family in reparation for offenses against the Immaculate Heart of Mary. The Holy Rosary will be prayed at 10:25 a.m. in the side chapel, located in front of the statue of Our Lady, the Immaculate Virgin, Patroness of the United States. Father Jeff Pomeisl will offer Mass. After Mass, a free lunch will be available. Following lunch, Father Jeff will present in the Oratory.
