Regular Hours

Monday – Saturday 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. If you need to visit outside these hours, call us.  Grounds are open daily from 7:00 AM to sunset.  Water founts always flowing.

The presentations cover the history of the Our Lady, Patroness of America Center and the devotion to Our Lady, the Immaculate Virgin, Patroness of America.

Learn about Heaven’s plan for America to help Our Lady lead the world to peace.

These are the currently scheduled presentations.  Please call if your group needs an unavailable date or a date after the last listed, and we will do our best to accommodate.  Plan 2 hours for the presentation, tour, and questions.  Reservations are not required, but please call us and share your plans so that, if anything changes, we can notify you.  For dates beyond the last item, please call.  If you are driving through and would like a presentation at a specific date and time, please call  260-303-4990.  Call if you will be coming through outside those hours.  Generally, we can accommodate your schedule.

There is no fee for the presentation.

IT’S HAPPENING!! On September 24th, Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen will be beatified in Saint Louis, Missouri. The beatification Mass will be celebrated by Cardinal Luis Tagle, who will serve as the papal representative. Surrounding the Mass will be a series of other events in both his home diocese of Peoria and in Saint Louis, so pilgrims can prepare for and celebrate this historic and momentous occasion. 5th Annual Pilgrim Walk to Celebrate 70th Anniversary of the Devotion

We will walk along Fishingline Trail from Kendallville to Our Lady, Patroness of America Center in Rome City.  We will have varying starting points and times based on the distance you want to walk. Buses will shuttle pilgrims from the Patroness of America Center (2730 E. Northport Rd.) to your desired starting point following the schedule below. First Friday Mass and Devotions – Oratory of the Holy Family

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered at 6 pm on the first Friday of September in the Oratory of the Holy Family in reparation for offenses against the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Mass will be celebrated by Father Johnathon Hickey. The Patriotic Rosary will be prayed at 5:25 pm before Mass begins. A light supper will be served after Mass for a free-will donation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered at 11 am on the first Saturday of September in the Oratory of the Holy Family in reparation for offenses against the Immaculate Heart of Mary.  Father J Steele will be the celebrant. The Holy Rosary will be prayed at 10:25 am before Mass begins in the side chapel in front of the statue of Our Lady the Immaculate Virgin, Patroness of America. Fifth Annual Walking Pilgrimage

Join us on September 13th for the Fifth Annual Walking Pilgrimage in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the devotion to Our Lady of America. We will walk along Fishingline Trail from Kendallville to Our Lady, Patroness of America Center in Rome City, with varying starting points and times based on the distance you want to walk. Following the walk, there will be a time of Adoration and Benediction, with dinner and fellowship on the plaza afterward. For more info and to RSVP: 5th Annual Pilgrim Walk

The day will begin with a Patriotic Rosary led by pilgrims at 10:25 am in the side chapel in front of the statue of Our Lady of America. Prayers to Our Lady of America

Artesian Spring

THE BEGINNING

The Our Lady, Patroness of America Center began as the Kneipp Springs Sanitarium in 1895. The Sanitarium was located here because of the natural artesian springs onsite. This type of spring is an unusual geological phenomenon. It flows about 60 gallons a minute and was the sole source of water when the Sanitarium began.
GETTING THE WATER

In the summer of 2022 a three-spigot fount was built about 10 feet above the original source to make it safely accessible to all pilgrims. The water is free to all pilgrims and accessible 24/7. If you intend to drink water from the spring, we recommend that you only take water from the fount as this is the water that's regularly monitored.
